Notes
For a golden brown crust, create an egg wash by combining two tablespoons of water with the leftover egg yolks. Apply the mixture with a pastry brush over the rolls before baking.
For a cheesy variation, add shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese to the dough before shaping the rolls.
To create a garlicky bread roll, brush the dough balls with melted butter and top them with garlic powder.
If you prefer larger hamburger buns, divide the dough into four portions and shape before baking. Check periodically, as the baking time may be shorter.
