  • 1 tablespoon allulose

  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine ¾ cup almond flour, 5 tablespoons psyllium husks, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon allulose, and ¾ teaspoon sea salt until mixed thoroughly.
