Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon center-cut
  • 6 cauliflower florets medium-sized
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper. Place 6 strips bacon onto tray. Set aside.

  • Fill medium pot halfway with water. Bring water to boil over medium heat. Add 6 cauliflower florets to water and boil 5 to 8 minutes until slightly tender. Remove florets from water and place into medium-sized bowl.

  • Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon sea salt to cauliflower. Toss to coat cauliflower with butter and sea salt.

  • Wrap each seasoned cauliflower floret with strip of bacon, stretching bacon as needed to cover cauliflower. Place bacon-wrapped florets in glass baking dish.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes until bacon is browned and slightly crisp.
  • Cool for three minutes before serving.
