- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C. 
- Line a baking tray with parchment. Place 6 strips bacon onto tray. Set aside. - 6 strips bacon 
- Fill a medium pot halfway with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add 6 cauliflower florets to water and boil 5 to 8 minutes until slightly tender. Remove florets from water and place into a medium sized bowl. - 6 cauliflower florets 
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon sea salt to cauliflower. Toss to coat cauliflower with butter and sea salt. - 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon sea salt 
- Wrap each seasoned cauliflower floret with a strip of bacon, stretching bacon as needed to cover cauliflower. Some cauliflower can be exposed. Place bacon-wrapped florets in a glass baking dish. 
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until bacon is browned and slightly crisp. 
- Cool 3 minutes before serving.
