In separate bowl, combine ½ cup almond meal and grated ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.

Dip each 1 pound chicken tenders into wet mixture, ensuring it’s completely covered.

Gently coat chicken tenders in dry breading mixture, firmly pressing to ensure coating sticks well.
Place breaded chicken tenders on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked.
While chicken tenders are cooking, prepare dipping sauce by combining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon ketchup, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon black pepperr and ½ teaspoon garlic powder in small bowl. Mix well.
