Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass-fed beef ground
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin ground
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 10 ounces white mushrooms sliced
  • 1 yellow onion medium-sized, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves large, chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In large skillet, cook 1 pound grass-fed beef over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until browned, breaking it up to cook evenly.

  • Once beef is fully cooked, add 10 ounces white mushrooms, 1 yellow onion, 3 garlic cloves, and ¼ cup heavy whipping cream. Cook for additional five minutes.

  • Add 1 cup spinach and cook until wilted.
