Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup whey protein powder unflavored
  • spices to taste paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • 3 ounces chicken tenders
  • 2 cups avocado oil organic

Instructions

  • Set up breading station using three medium-large bowls. Fill first bowl with ½ cup coconut flour, second bowl with ½ cup heavy whipping cream, and third bowl with ½ cup whey protein powder and spices to taste.

  • Dip 3 ounces chicken tenders in flour, then cream and finally coat with protein powder.

  • Fill deep pan with 2 cups avocado oil for frying. Use medium-high heat.

  • Gently drop chicken into hot oil. Once you drop chicken into hot oil, don't touch for 2 to 3 mins. 
  • Make sure that internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C.
