  • 1 beef hot dog grass-fed, sliced
  • 2 eggs large
  • ½ avocado medium

Kale shake

  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 cup kale
  • Stevia to taste
  • Water to taste

Instructions

Eggs and hot dogs

  • Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in pan over medium heat.

  • Crack 2 eggs into pan. For sunny-side up, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. For scrambled, cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring gently.

  • Plate eggs and hot dogs with ½ avocado. Salt to taste.

  • Blend 1 cup berries, 1 cup kale, and Stevia to taste in high-speed blender until smooth. Add Water to taste to adjust consistency.
