Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil (room temperature, not melted)
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter sugar-free
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes unsweetened

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, add ½ cup coconut oil, 1 tablespoon erythritol, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons peanut butter.

  • Refrigerate mixture for five minutes, then spread on silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

  • Gently remove from mat or parchment paper. Break into small pieces.
  • Store in freezer.
