  • 1 pound bacon strips organic
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 3-5 drops Stevia

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Use a parchment-lined baking sheet and place a wire rack on top.
  • Lay 1 pound bacon strips evenly onto wire rack and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.

  • While bacon is cooking, mix ¼ cup coconut oil, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons erythritol, and 3-5 drops Stevia in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly combined and smooth.

  • Dip cooked bacon strips into chocolate mixture, coating them completely.
