Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 ounces chicken shredded
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, mix together 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon zest and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
