Ingredients

  • 3 ounces chicken shredded
  • 3 cups lettuce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Add 2 cloves garlic to 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest and, 2 tablespoons lemon juice to dressing. Chop 3 cups lettuce.
