Cut 1 cauliflower into small florets.

Bring pot of heavily salted water to boil and add cauliflower.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until soft but firm, similar to texture of baked potato.
Remove cauliflower florets from water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In large bowl, mash 4 hard-boiled eggs with a whisk.
