For perfectly hard-boiled eggs, place 4 eggs in water, cover and bring to boil. Remove from heat and don't cover. Let sit for 7 to 8 minutes.
Place eggs in ice water to stop eggs from overcooking.
Cut 1 cauliflower into small florets.

In large bowl, mash eggs with whisk.
