Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 heads raw broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 handful sunflower seeds raw or toasted
  • Keto dressing

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook 6 slices bacon on medium heat, flipping until golden. Alternatively, bake in oven at 400 degrees F /105 degrees C for 10 to 20 minutes or until desired crispiness.

  • Drain bacon on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients and add Keto dressing.
