Ingredients

  • 2 eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley minced

Instructions

  • Mash 2 eggs with fork in small bowl.
