2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon butter, ¼ teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  • Form into four small balls and roll in ¼ cup bacon and 1 tablespoon parsley.
¼ cup bacon, 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to firm up. Serve cold.

Notes

  • Add cream cheese or finely shredded cheese to the mixture for an extra silky texture.
  • Incorporate lime juice and zest into the egg mixture for a refreshing and tangy twist.
  • To prevent bacon grease from sticking to your hands while rolling the fat bombs, wet them with water before handling the mixture.
  • Substitute chopped bacon with prosciutto or pancetta for a different flavor profile.
  • Mash half an avocado into the egg mixture for added creaminess and healthy fats.
  • Incorporate garlic powder, onion powder, or a pinch of cayenne pepper into the mixture for a bolder taste.
  • Replace regular mayonnaise with garlic-infused or chipotle-flavored mayonnaise to give this recipe an added layer of depth and complexity.
  • For a crispy exterior, coat the fat bombs in crushed pork rinds or almond meal before refrigerating.
