Ingredients

  • tablespoons coconut flour
  • tablespoons flax
  • 2 teaspoons butter room temperature
  • 1 egg large
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In bowl, mix 1½ tablespoons coconut flour, 1½ tablespoons flax, 2 teaspoons butter, 1 egg , ½ teaspoon baking powder and 1 pinch salt .

  • Place mixture in oven safe dish.
