I came to the realisation that OMAD just wasn’t a long enough fast to lose a substantial amount of weight so I switched to One meal every 2 days and then I do one meal every three days once a week. In summary, I only eat on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday evening - three meals a week. I attached my stats before and although I feel great and more confident, I’m far from satisfied as I’ve still got a long way to go
