Make these creamy and crunchy wraps in 5 minutes!

5 Minute Smoked Salmon Keto Wraps

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes


Smoked Salmon - 2 oz., nitrate free

Mayo - 1 tablespoon

Cream Cheese - 1 oz., at room temperature

Lemon - 1 tablespoon

Cucumber - 1/4 cup

Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup

Onion - 1/4 cup

Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped

Romaine Lettuce - 1 head


Chop cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, and parsley.

Mix veggies in a bowl.  Add mayo, cream cheese, lemon juice.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the top off of the romaine head so that you have a lettuce wrap.

Build your wraps: veggie mixture, smoked salmon, capers!
