Butter - 4 tablespoons - at room temperature (makes it easier to mix)

Almond Flour - 3 tablespoons

Keto-friendly Chocolate Chips - 1/3 cup (this recipe used Lily’s)

Erythritol (any keto-friendly sweetener) - 2 tablespoons

For Chocolate Coating:

Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup - at room temperature

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup

Erythritol - 1 tablespoon

Stevia - 3-4 drops

For Garnish (optional)

Almonds - 8-10
