Something FINALLY worked
My life time history with weight loss diets has been an ongoing battle starting when I was a teenager. I would lose a few pounds and then regain them all back plus a few more. I went to the gym 2-3 times a week and logged more than 3 million pounds lifted in one year. I got stronger but did not lose much weight. I watched an informative television show featuring Dr. Berg. His theory to get your body healthy first in order to lose weight was a new concept for me. I attended one of Dr. Berg’s seminars and learned about different body types. I’ll admit I was pretty depressed and skeptical when I had my consultation with Dr. Berg. I’m happy to report by following the plan that was correct for my body I have been able to lose 30 pounds. My medical doctor is very pleased to see these improvements, especially in my blood work. I have lowered my cholesterol 30 points and my triglycerides have dropped from 257 to 67! An added bonus is wearing pants in a size that I have not worn in many years. I extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Berg.
