I See Results in the First Week
I had been following the SAD diet all my life. I've always had an interest in fitness but seen very little results during that time. When I began cleaning up my diet, doing cleanses, eating more organically grown foods, switching my soaps to natural, and following more of a Ketogenic lifestyle, I began seeing results within the 1st few weeks. If I hadn't found Dr Berg, I'd probably still be on the traditional sad diet.
