I lost over 150 pounds
I was approaching 60 years old and my children encouraged me to lose the weight. I had been a very productive working mother and could handle anything – except the weight. I was determined and made the decision to work with one of Dr. Berg’s trained practitioners. I stuck with it and gradually went from 298 lbs to 140! This was life changing and people don’t recognize me anymore. I think people really look at overweight people differently and I didn’t want to be in that category.
