I Lost 58 Pounds!
First pic almost 300lbs.
2nd pic 242lbs.
Low carb diet (didnt pay any attention to calories, just limited carbs to vegetables.)
Gym workout 6-7 days a week. Strength training only, no cardio.
Now I am doing intermittent fasting 20hrs/day eating twice with no snacks. Trying to see how low bodyfat I can get to. I am an endomorph. Type 2 diabetes but been off all meds for some time.
If I can do it, anyone can!
my A1C went from 6.7 to 5.6 doing this. My doctor cant believe it.
