January 1st 2017 I weighted 236, after applying your no carb no sugar rules and instruction with the adrenal night time pills and wheat grass, I'm now at 200 pounds and holding. I need at least 10 to 20 pound loss to be where I want to be, so I'm applying the 2 meal intermittent fasting technique today. My self-confidence as returned and I no longer hate my reflection and myself. Thanks to your YouTube videos, I've finally found the right instruction that has put me on the right path to the hike to the summit of Mount Skinny!
