Both my husband and I lost about 25 pounds of fat and gained substantial muscle mass through a ketogenic lifestyle and your wife, Karen's wonderful recipes. It has been a 12 month journey, but like you we would never go back to eating high carb, processed, sugar laden junk food. We have no cravings thanks to your kitchen videos because my husband is a foodie. Your cauliflower pizza crust and healthy buns along with the guilt free desserts you showed, saved him. Thanks again to both of you. John just turned 52 and I am 46. It's just a number but we have never felt and looked better.
