After My son was born 10 months ago I start eating basically like a pig! I was eating waaaay to much chocolate and carbs in the for of bread cakes buns pastry you name it! A friend of mine told me about Dr.berg's YouTube channel, so I started watching videos about ketogenic diet a how to start. After I started only by watching videos I got curious about the book so I bought your book... It's been already 3 months I started at 108 kilos and today I'm at 93 so 15 kilos less! More energy well being fealling and a tone more things! Thanks to Dr berg!
