Down 16 pounds!
This program works! I started on February 25th 2011. I tried many diets. I thought this one would too be a bust. I am happy to report as of May 9, 2011 I am down 16 pounds. I have more energy, sleep better and I have totally lost the desire for breads and sweets. This program opened my eyes to eating healthy and allowed me to explore a new world that would consist of the healthy alphabets A-Z. For starters, I start with Apples, Beets, and Cabbage. It’s never too late to start the journey to be healthy and with this program I am on my way.
