Body fat dropped from 35% to 10-12%
Hi everyone, I been on intermittent fasting for 2 yrs now, although I some times get off ketosis as it is only human to fall into temptation. My body fat dropped from 35% to 10-12% depending on how rigorous I am following the protocol. In addition, to intermittent fasting I also do a keto diet and two days of the week I reduce my calories intake to bellow 500 kcal in one meal at night. This pretty much is the only secret of my success.
