Sweaty palms, or palmar hyperhidrosis, is a condition that causes excessive sweating of the palms. The sweating can be caused by a number of things, including anxiety, medications, and pregnancy. Sweaty palms can be a nuisance, but there are treatments available to help lessen the symptoms like supplementing with Vitamin B1.

Dry palms can be a result of vitamin A deficiency, dry weather, or using harsh soaps. Vitamin A can be found in cod liver oil, beef liver, etc... If you have dry palms, it is important to keep them moisturized to prevent further dryness and cracking. There are a number of lotions and creams available that can help with this.

While sweaty or dry palms can be annoying, they are not usually a cause for concern. However, if you notice that your sweating or dryness is excessive or accompanied by other symptoms, such as redness or swelling, you should see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
