Jalapeño Bacon Cream Cheese Keto Fat Bombs

Jalapeño Bacon Cream Cheese Keto Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese (1 package)- organic

6 full slices of bacon (organic and nitrate-free), cooked crisply and chopped

2 medium jalapeños, diced (The heat is up to you!)

1 tsp parsley

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste  (I use two pinches of each.)

 

Directions:

Set bacon to the side in a small bowl. Mix all other ingredients until well-blended.

Roll into balls. (Putting the mix in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up will make this easier, but you can roll them without chilling as well.)

Roll balls into the bacon, covering the ball with yummy bacon bits.

Chill.

 

This is such a yummy fat bomb, and they can be used as an addition to your regular meal, or served as an appetizer at your next gathering! Enjoy!
