Exercise to Get Rid of Cellulite
You’re going to hit the atrophy muscles from 3 different ways. For the butt and thighs, you can do 10 reps.
You will do 3 sets of 10 reps. You are going to do each exercise 3 times.
Then you are going to rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set.
