The 2 Types of Exercise for Belly Fat

There are two types of exercise, high intensity and low intensity.

High Intensity

  • Sprinting
  • Stretching
  • Hardcore

Low Intensity

  • Walking
  • Stretching
  • Yoga

You actually can’t go with the pulse rate if the nervous system is broken but your pulse rate might be low but you’re huffing and puffing.

Go by your breathing instead.

Low intensity, you can talk to someone while you are doing the exercise.

With high intensity you can’t talk.

Both of these do burn sugar and fat.

1500 sugar calories are burned in the first 25 minutes of walking after a person will start burning a little fat.

â–ºPeople that work out 30 minutes a day only burn 5 minutes of fat. If you chose to walk you want to do at least 45 to 60 minutes.

â–ºLow intensity workouts are better for stress than high intensity because it is very relaxing to the body and you increasing a lot of oxygen without the stress.

When you go through stress you deprive yourself of oxygen. Many people don’t have the ability to do high intensity workouts.

You should start with low intensity and work yourself up.

â–ºAerobics is with air and anaerobic is without air.

â–ºHigh intensity will burn up all the sugar immediately but you can’t do high intensity for too long because your body will turn sugar into lactic acid.

Your muscles will start to ache and burn because of the lactic acid. The more sugar you burn the more acid it will make then acid will decrease oxygen in the body.

Fat burning doesn’t occur with high intense workouts until 15 to 48 hours after while you are in deep sleep.
