Why am I Bloated

I see a lot of patients who struggle with extra inches on their waistlines and midsections. It is a problem for a lot of Americans. These extra inches can come from BLOATING and digestive congestion, or they may be plain old fat that the stress hormone cortisol is causing you to hold on to.

If you have the adrenal body type, you may be confused about what’s going on with your gut. You know you’re prone to holding on to belly fat, but you also know your digestion isn’t right. So are those inches around your gut fat, or are you just bloated?

 

Are you just bloated?

One of the most obvious indicators that you’re more bloated than fat is if your stomach is significantly flatter in the morning than it is at the end of the day. Fat does not fluctuate that noticeably over the course of a single day, so if you’re slimmer in the morning, your digestion needs addressing.

Bloating and digestive congestion also come with symptoms like constipation and gas. If you don’t have regular bowel movements (at least once a day), you are probably suffering from some bloating and digestive congestion.

So, if you are just bloated, what can you do about it?


 

Fix your gallbladder

A lot of digestive problems are rooted in the much-misunderstood gallbladder, which holds bile made by the liver until it is needed in the digestion process. Gallbladder issues are very, very common, especially in adrenal types. A problem in the gallbladder can cause chronic pain in the neck and right shoulder, as well as digestive symptoms like constipation, poor absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A, E, D, and K), and the feeling that you are never satisfied with your food. This happens because bile helps to digest fat, and you won’t be getting the nutrients you need from your food unless the bile is there to break it down and pass it through your intestinal tract.

To support your gallbladder, clean up your diet and add gallbladder support formula to your routine. With that in mind, giving your gallbladder and digestion a boost certainly won’t hurt, but it isn’t going to solve your belly fat problem.

 

You will not get rid of that superficial belly fat unless you address your adrenal fatigue. Keep taking care of your diet and supporting your digestive function, but start reading up on managing stress and adrenal fatigue if you’re really looking to drop that belly fat.
