Americans Drink 50 Gallons of Poison Yearly

The average American drink 50 gallons of poison every single year. Table sugar converts to glucose and fructose.

The way the body processes these two sugars are very different. With glucose, the process is by all of the cells – the cell can metabolize and use all of that sugar and it affects Fat Storing Hormone as well.

As far as fructose is concerned, no part of your body can process it so it is treated like a poison and converts it to fat around the heart, and organs such as liver.

Fructose also causes Fat Storing Hormone resistance which can turn into:

  • Diabetes

  • Bad cholesterol

  • Fatty liver

  • Fluid retention

  • Inflammation

  • High blood pressure

  • Liver cirrhosis

The American Dietetic Association says there is no difference between fruit and fructose, but that is not correct.

With fruit, our bodies are not designed to consume too much even when it is ripe.

You can’t consume 10 to 20 apples, for example, because the fiber in the fruit stops the consumption of it.

Fruits also have enzymes and nutrients and they are not just pure fructose.

Yes, corn syrup is natural but the way we are consuming it is not natural.

Our bodies weren’t meant to consume corn sugar or fruit sugar. Too much sugar creates a serious situation with the liver.

What You Can Do

What you can do is to get carbonated water and buy liquid-flavored stevia.

Put 10 drops in the carbonated water and it would be the greatest soda.

When you consume soda or juice, there is no turn off switch, that means you can drink a lot of fructose without being satisfied and it is highly addictive.

Here, you have something that is more addictive than cocaine and you’re constantly consuming it.

You really have to start reading labels because fructose corn syrup is in everything.

When I read food labels and it says corn syrup or fructose corn syrup, I would not consume it at all.
