Chicken Cobb Salad

By Dr. Eric Berg DC

This is a quick Cobb Salad.  It uses olive oil instead of ranch.  It also uses shredded cheese instead of a fancy cheese.  If you’re in a fancy mood, try bleu cheese instead.
