Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs
These fat bombs have the texture of peanut butter cups, but without the sugar and carbs!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs
TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes
SERVES: 8 fat bombs
INGREDIENTS:
For Fat Bomb:
Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Coconut Flour - 1/4 cup
Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
Stevia - to taste
For Chocolate Coating:
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup
Lily’s Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Add peanut butter.
Add butter.
Add erythritol.
Add coconut flour.
Mix well. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.
Melt down coconut oil and keto-friendly chocolate chips.
Cover fat bombs in chocolate sauce.
Place in freezer for 10 mintues.
