Double Chocolate Chip Avocado Muffin Bites

Did you know that when you combine avocado and chocolate, you get amazing rich and decadent chocolate?!  You will love these double chocolate muffins!!

Double Chocolate Chip Avocado Muffin Bites

TOTAL TIME: 35

SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

Almond Flour - 1 cup

Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons

Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Erythritol - 1/4 cup, powdered

Egg - 1 large

Almond Milk - 1/4 cup

Avocado - 1/2 medium 

Lily’s Chocolate Chips - 1/3 cup

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, mash avocado.

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour and baking powder.

With an electric mixer, mix together avocado, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg, almond milk.

Combine mixtures and fold chocolate chips into the mixture.

Divide into 6 muffins.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  Enjoy!
