Coconut Pecan Fudge Fat Bombs

These fudgey pecan fat bombs are AMAZING! 

Coconut Pecan Fudge Fat Bombs

TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes

SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS:

Cream Cheese - 4 oz - at room temperature

Butter - 1/4 cup - at room temperature

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons

Erythritol - 2 tablespoons

Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon

Pecans - 1/4 cup - chopped

Coconut Flakes - for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Add cream cheese.

Add butter.

Mix well.

Add unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add erythritol.

Add vanilla extract.

Mix well.

Add pecans.

Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.

Coat in shredded coconut.  You can refrigerate them for about 10 minutes, if they are too soft to handle.

Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
