This is extremely interesting to me… I am a slender and ‘in-shape’ person, but about 5 years ago I became diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, or juvenile diabetes. I always gave my insulin injections around my belly button and after 3 to 4 years I noticed that I started to develop a sort of potbelly.
I voiced my concern to my physician and she told me to move my injection spots around to different locations, such as my upper leg. So over the past year or so, I have avoided giving the insulin injection around my belly button. However, the potbelly has became even worse.
On top of that, I do crave fried foods very often and once or twice a month I get these sharp pains in my right shoulder. I’ve blamed these pains on sleeping on my arm the wrong way, but I am seriously starting to rethink this… If I have the liver type of body, then it’s possible that I need to focus on eating healthier, avoiding fried foods, and get all of the toxins out of my body. After that the workouts that I do everyday should start showing some results, right?
